The contract is concluded upon confirmation or shipment.

Payment methods: Shopify Payments, bank transfer, PayPal, credit card, Klarna.

§4 Financing
Financing is handled by external providers.
The financing agreement is concluded solely with the provider.

§5 Delivery
Delivery to the specified address.
Freight goods are delivered curbside.

§6 Retention of Title
Goods remain our property until full payment.

§7 Right of Withdrawal
Consumers have a 30-day right of withdrawal.

§8 Returns
We organize returns for bulky goods.

§9 Warranty
Statutory warranty rights apply.

§10 Liability
Unlimited liability for intent and gross negligence.

§11 Transport Damage
Please report damage to the carrier.

§12 Data Protection
Our privacy policy applies.

§13 Final Provisions
German law applies.
